Overview

Every product sold by Vendora Consulting LLC through Productivity Mart is a digital good — high-resolution, print-ready files delivered instantly as a download. There is no physical product. Because your files are available to download the moment your payment is confirmed, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Once your payment is confirmed and your files become available in your account, the purchase is complete and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products, as they cannot be returned once they have been downloaded.

Please review the product description, formats, and your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Files

We stand behind every collection. If something is wrong on our end — a broken or expired download link, a corrupted file, or the wrong file delivered — contact us and we will fix it at no charge. Typical resolutions include a fresh download link or a replacement file.

This support covers technical delivery issues. It does not cover a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or a file that downloaded successfully and works as described.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

You will only be billed ONE TIME per order, and your statement will show a charge from Productivity Mart. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before opening a dispute. We will review the transaction and promptly refund any genuine duplicate or erroneous charge.
